Erection Problems May Be All Mental

As you and your significant other head to the bedroom you are already thinking about not being able to get an erection or perform. As you get into bed it’s all you can think about and the worrying intensifies.

Try not to think about erection problems at all. Thinking about it will just put you in that mental failure status.

Think about what, from your significant other, turns you on. Maybe a part of the body, action being done, scent, kiss, etc.

Overcoming the mental issues can mean overcoming erectile dysfunction.
